Most common D6634 code reviews : Implant/abutment supported interim fixed denture for edentulous arch - maxillary - not covered, Bone replacement graft - retained natural tooth - each additional site in quadrant or Accession of tissue, gross and microscopic examination, preparation and transmission of written report.

D6634 Procedures:

Non-autogenous connective tissue graft procedure (including recipient surgical site and donor material) - each additional contiguous tooth, implant or edentulous tooth position in same graft site. Local anesthesia is usually considered a component part of periodontal procedures, but dependent upon the plan will allow up to 50% of D6634 - allow up to a maximum of 3 teeth per quadrant

The fee for pin retention when billed In Conjunction With a buildup is Disallowed as a component of the buildup procedure.
